Chief Financial Officer

Brooke Evans is a CPA and assists Helium with executive-level financial consulting and specializes in providing world-class, best-of-breed financial expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. With more than 12 years of financial expertise, she has served as chief financial officer of a $200 million growth company, where she was responsible for securing $10+ million financial deals.

She was also a senior audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, where she focused on the B2B/business services and IT industries. Her clients ranged in size from small start-up enterprises to large multinational SEC registrants. During that time, she was also was also recognized for significant leadership contributions when she was selected to be one of 20 participants in an elite fellowship program honoring leaders who reflect the qualities of intelligence, commitment, integrity, service and leadership.

Evans is a graduate of Florida State University College of Business. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a distinguished speaker on a variety of corporate accounting and finance topics.
